By using the ZipHub website or customer service channels (WhatsApp and email), you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the website or the channels.
Services
ZipHub builds corporate websites, landing pages and custom web systems.
The scope, price and deadline of each project are defined in the commercial proposal and the contract. In case of conflict, the proposal and the contract prevail over these terms.
Quotes and proposals
A quote is only valid once it has been formally sent by ZipHub.
The proposal is valid for the period stated in it.
Information given by the automated service, such as price ranges or estimated deadlines, is not a proposal and does not bind ZipHub.
Price and payment
The price is fixed and approved by you before the project starts.
Payment method and deadlines follow what is stated in the proposal.
Late payment may suspend work on the project until it is settled.
Client responsibilities
Provide content, access (domain, hosting and accounts) and approvals within the agreed deadlines. Delays in these items may change the schedule.
Ensure you have the right to use the texts, images, trademarks and other materials sent for the project.
Intellectual property
Once paid in full, the client holds the rights to what was delivered for their project.
ZipHub keeps the rights to its own reusable tools, components and libraries used in the project.
ZipHub may show the project in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in the contract.
Third-party software and services used in the project follow their own licenses.
Third-party services
Domains, hosting, e-commerce platforms, APIs and other third-party tools are governed by the terms of those providers. ZipHub is not responsible for their downtime, price changes or failures.
WhatsApp service
WhatsApp is used for quotes, support and project communication.
Part of the service is handled by an automated assistant.
You can ask for a human at any time.
To stop receiving messages, just reply "STOP" (or "SAIR").
Website use
You may not:
Copy the website content, brand or portfolio without permission.
Try to access restricted areas, such as the admin panel.
Use bots to collect website content, including to train artificial intelligence models, without permission.
Use the website for unlawful purposes or in ways that harm ZipHub or others.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Brazilian law, ZipHub liability is limited to the amount paid for the contracted service. This does not affect consumer rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, or the mandatory consumer laws of your country, when the relationship is a consumer one.

How we process your personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top and at the end of the page always shows the version in force. Projects already contracted remain governed by the signed proposal and contract.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Brazilian law. The courts of Feira de Santana/BA, Brazil, have jurisdiction, except for the consumer's place of residence when the relationship is a consumer one.
